Terms and Conditions

This is an agreement between Nothing is Obvious LTD, trading as “Coaching 100” (we/us/our/the Company), and the Client (you/them). This agreement covers the particulars of the 50-Minute Growth Sprint (session/meeting).

1) SESSION COST: free, neither the Company nor the Client may charge each other for this session.

2) SESSION DURATION: up to 50 minutes. We may extend the session at our sole discretion.

3) CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: the Client must provide a cancellation/rescheduling notice via email at least 24 hours before the session start time. Failure to do so may result in loss of access to the services of the Company. If the Company must cancel or reschedule, we will seek to provide the maximum notice possible to the Client and work with them to find a suitable rescheduling time. The Company will not be held liable for any cancellation.

4) SESSION PURPOSE: the purpose of the 50-Minute Growth Sprint is to support the Client with their business and management capability. We may also make the Client aware of potential opportunities, products, and services that we think may be useful to them.

5) CONFIDENTIALITY: any personal or commercially sensitive information you share within the session is treated as confidential. This means it cannot be shared without your permission, except where disclosure is required to prevent death or serious harm.

6) LIABILITY: the Client agrees that the Company will not be held liable for anything discussed during the session. Any advice, opinions, proposals or other suggestions that we may provide are just that – suggestions – and it the sole responsibility of the Client to manage their business or businesses. We recommend that the Client seeks a wide range of qualified advice and considers it carefully before taking any actions.

7) GOOD FAITH: the Client and Company will conduct the session together with good faith in the spirit of supporting the needs of the Client.

8) REGIONAL AVAILABILITY: this session is only available to clients with business registration or sole trader registration in Aotearoa/New Zealand.

9) CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT: any changes to this Agreement must be authorised in writing and accepted by both parties via signature. Unauthorised changes to this agreement will not be recognised.
