AI for Business Performance (C100BAI) – 2 hours, $200 plus GST
In this creative online workshop you will get hands on with AI for business. After a brief theory of AI models, you will jump on the tools and explore: Perplexity (Researcher), Claude (LLM), Craiyon (Generative AI), and finish up with Workflows and AI Agents. If you are not yet using AI as part of your normal workflow, this is an ideal workshop to bring you up to speed. Grab a cup of tea and jump in!

C100 Essential Marketing Foundations is a 2-hour online capability workshop delivered as a group video call via Zoom/Teams.
At a glance:
- Online group workshop to build foundational marketing capability.
- 2 hour time commitment plus 10 minutes of prep.

Capability Outcomes:
- Map out essential marketing concepts and vocabulary.
- Explore the drivers of customer purchase behaviour.
- Identify and prioritise your marketing capability needs.

Workshop Flow:
Learners will be sent blank map templates before the session. During the workshop, learners will populate these maps with marketing concepts, examples, and reflections on their own experiences and capability. After the workshop attendees will be sent an interactive glossary containing all the concepts we covered and 10+ hours of optional self-learning resources.
Content Level
Basic and intermediate. This workshop is designed to provide learners with a strategic overview of the whole marketing space, presented as a map that they can locate their business on and use to move forward. Concepts are built out gradually, so even novice marketers will feel confident with the more advanced concepts later in the workshop. Case studies are drawn from iconic local pakihi.
